the Suitcases Contest

The official deadline for the Tulse Luper Suitcases design contest has now passed and the call for entries is closed.

At the moment we are working hard to try to collect the work of all contestants. We have already received most submissions but a few contestants are still working hard to finish theirs.
It will take a while before we will have it all processed and ready for publication.

We will keep you informed in this weblog when the work will be published and who the 3 winners will be...

Suitcase 14 -dollars

A metal suitcase of small denomination US dollars given to Luper by William Gottschalk as an inducement for his assistance in keeping an eye on the activities of his Mormon relatives in Europe, though Luper was fully aware that it was laundered money offered to him as a bribe. Luper took the money and it financed the first years of his European career.
